The 4th Qidong City Auto Expo was officially launched on March 15, with the aim of promoting various automobile brands and stimulating car consumption.

During the expo, customers purchasing automobiles are eligible to receive subsidies. These subsidies are provided based on the price of the car and are divided into five tiers from 1,000 yuan ($138.9) to 10,000 yuan. The subsidy can be used at designated locations within Qidong, including automobile sales outlets, supermarkets, gas stations, and electric vehicle dealerships.

An official from the Qidong bureau of commerce stated that this year, the city will launch a series of promotional activities and distribute vouchers to stimulate consumption, so as to drive economic growth, improve people's livelihoods, and increase employment opportunities.
