Nantong in Jiangsu province has secured seven tourism projects worth 2.4 billion yuan ($333.55 million) so far in 2024.

Here are a few highlights from among the secured projects:

With a total investment of 1 billion yuan, located in Qidong's Jianghai Lanwan resort, Binhai Hotel will feature accommodation as well as facilities for exhibitions, conference, and entertainment.

Oulai Bee Park in the Xinglong community of Qidong covers an area of 410 mu (27.33 hectares) and is expected to serve as a base for organic farming, beekeeping, and popular science education as well as offer entertainment, catering, and accommodation services.

Fantasy River Bay will infuse the rural style of Giethoorn in the Netherlands into Haimen and bring in rare plants and flowers from around the world. The facility will also house a tropical greenhouse, high-end homestays and hotels, camping areas, as well as a playground.

The Dielian Qiaoyu Flower Sea project highlights seas of flowers, camping sites, a children's playground, a family farm, as well as jungle adventure activities.

The Bujuexiao International Campsite will feature an entertainment square, sightseeing platforms for fire flies, sunsets, and starry skies, open cinemas, homestays, lakeside footpath, and other popular entertainment facilities.
