With the arrival of spring, plum blossoms in Nantong, Jiangsu province, have gradually burst into flowers, announcing the end of the cold winter.
The plum blossom is one of the 10 renowned flowers in China, where over 300 different species of plum blossoms have been planted. A wide variety of such flowers, ranging from elegant white to flamboyant red plum blossoms, can be found in Nantong.
