Two running routes in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, were recently listed among the most beautiful in the province, according to the Jiangsu Sports Federation.

The Xiaoyangkou coastal ecological footpath is located in Xiaoyangkou Resort, Rudong county and spans 15 kilometers. In addition to running and cycling, the footpath features sports facilities for beach football, sailing, treading clams, and flying kites.

Along the Xiaoyangkou footpath, scenic landscapes, benches for resting, sharing bicycles and electric bicycles are also available. Lights and monitoring equipment have also been installed for nighttime runners.

The listed footpath in Hai'an is built along the Xintongyang River and extends 3.2 km, 75 percent of which is covered with vegetation. There is a service center with bathrooms, intelligent storage cabinets, and vending machines every 500 meters along the path.

More than 1,500 locals exercise here every morning and evening and it serves as a children's playground on holidays.
