Three projects in Hai'an, a county-level city in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, were honored at the mobilization meeting for the city's project construction, which was held on Jan 30.  

Three projects are funded, respectively, by Nantong Sifang New Material Technology Co Ltd, Jiangsu Tie Mao Glass Co Ltd, and Jiangsu Dongcai New Material Co Ltd.

The production base for functional fiber funded by Nantong Sifang New Material Co Ltd was honored as one of the Top 10 projects to start construction in 2022.

The project funded by Jiangsu Tie Mao Glass Co Ltd also made the list. It aims to build a production base for polyurethane film and aviation glass.

The project funded by Jiangsu Dongcai New Material Co Ltd was named one of the Top 10 high-tech projects at the conference and will be an industrial park for polyester base film in the county.

The company is a national "little giant" enterprise that currently owns the most advanced optical film technology in China.
