The Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) in East China’s Jiangsu province held a job fair at Nantong University on Dec 11. 

NETDA’s 49 enterprises provided more than 1,000 jobs and received over 600 resumes at the fair, according to local media reports. 

NETDA authorities also organized 10 major companies to conduct livestreaming activities at the fair to spread recruitment information to more job seekers. The live streaming platforms offered 400 jobs, said a local official. 

In addition, authorities have implemented a series of measures, including explaining favorable policies at campus and establishing cooperative ties between universities and enterprises, to help graduates gain employment and enterprises recruit employees. 

Authorities will have different enterprises provide career guidance to graduates next year, said a local official.
