Established in 1917, Wenhuagong Bridge in Chongchuan district of Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, is one of the six ancient bridges in the city.

At the end of the last century, Wenhuagong Bridge was dismantled and reconstructed into a modern bridge with slow and fast traffic lanes and sidewalks.

The new Wenhuagong Bridge spans 48 meters, linking Huanchengnan Road to the north and Haonan and Xisi roads to the south.

Standing on the bridge gives one a wonderful view of the "five parks" – North Park, Central Park, West Park, South Park and East Park – which were funded by Zhang Jian (1853-1926), a renowned industrial magnate in Nantong.

Under the bridge, there is a quiet wooded path, allowing visitors to admire the beautiful scenery of Haohe River.
