Nantong Dongzao Port Development Co Ltd and Sinotrans Changjiang Co Ltd signed an agreement on July 26 to establish Nantong Sinotrans Dongzao Port Logistics Development Co Ltd in Haimen Port New Area in Haimen district, Nantong, Jiangsu province, according to local media reports.
