The Ministry of Science and technology announced the 2021 list of national sci-tech business incubators on April 22 and the Jiangsu Tongke technology business incubator – located in the Jianghai Smart Park in the Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone – made the cut.

With an incubation area of some 20,000 square meters, Tongke incubator has 58 enterprises under incubation and has incubated 26 companies.

Located in the Tongzhou district of Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province, the Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone has vigorously implemented an innovation-driven development strategy in recent years.

The Jianghai Smart Park and Jianghai Dream Valley, both located in the zone, are understood to be playing an increasingly important role in innovation.

There are three national sci-tech business incubators in the two areas.
