Haimen delivers 40,000 bags of vegetables to Shanghai
Haimen district in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province recently delivered 40,000 bags of vegetables weighing 400 metric tons to Shanghai to help the city fight the outbreak of COVID-19, local media reported on April 11.
A total of six kinds of vegetables were included in the shipment - potatoes, onions, cucumbers, cabbages, baby cabbages, and organic cauliflowers, all of which are easy to transport and store.

Haimen Automobile Transportation Company undertook the task of sorting 2,000 tons of vegetables. The first batch of 400 tons of vegetables has been sorted into 40,000 bags, while the remaining 1,600 tons will be sorted into 160,000 bags within four days.
