The human resources and social security department of Tongzhou district – located in Nantong city, in East China's Jiangsu province – has been extremely active so far this year, undertaking a series of recruitment activities, while making sure that COVID-19 prevention and control measures are strictly observed.

To date, the Tongzhou human resources market has held 27 online job fairs, offering tens of thousands of available job opportunities. The fairs include comprehensive ones available to all job seekers and dedicated ones, targeting particular groups.

Among the raft of events, 13 online recruitment fairs were held on the website of Tongzhou's human resources and social security bureau, attracting the participation of 160 enterprises and providing 949 positions.

The other 14 were held via the Jiangsu smart employment cloud platform – a sub-website of the Jiangsu provincial human resources and social security department, with 347 positions offered by the 66 companies that participated.
