Manufacturer Nantong JinYinHe Textile Products Co Ltd – located in Chuanjiang town, in the Tongzhou district of Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province – has scored something of a commercial coup, with its bedding products now being used in the Olympics village in Beijing, local media reported.

After learning about the success of its bid to supply the bedding and towels used at the ongoing Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games, the company immediately hooked up with a major launder company.

Through careful planning, it triumphed in a major tender involving bids from around 100 companies, according to Xu Yongbin, general manager of JinYinHe.

Last November, JinYinHe delivered all its bedding products and towels which met the stipulated requirements for "environmental protection, low carbon and energy saving" after repeated sampling inspections by the organizing committee of the Beijing Winter Olympics.

With the experience now under its belt, Xu said the group had become more bullish about its commercial prospects and future development.
