Zhongxing Equipment Co Ltd in Haimen, Jiangsu province produced ultrathin stainless steel seamless pipe with an outer diameter of 610 millimeter, wall thickness of 1.8 mm, and a length of 8 meters through its self-developed new cold pipe-rolling machine on Dec 3, which passed the test items specified in the trial production plan.

Zhongxing Equipment is a national key high-tech enterprise, focusing on the research and manufacturing of stainless steel pipes for more than 30 years. Its production of stainless steel special pipe is widely used in the nuclear power, petrochemicals, and photovoltaic technology fields.

In addition, the 0.2-millimeter-thick stainless steel seamless pipe produced by the company can be used as a water pipe, replacing galvanized pipes, PVC pipes, and copper pipe, which boasts higher safety performance and lower costs.
