A number of scenic areas in Nantong will offer 50 percent discounts on ticket prices from Sept 18 to 30, according to the city's culture, broadcasting, television and tourism bureau.

The move is meant to boost the city's tourism industry, as well as to welcome the 2021 China Nantong Jianghai International Culture and Tourism Festival, which is scheduled to open in late September.

Scenic areas that are offering discounted tickets are Zhou Ji Green Expo Garden, Seyuan Garden, Junshan Mountain, Jianshan Mountain, Green Valley City, Nantong Flowers Town, Jianghuai Culture Park, Nantong Long Live Town, Rugao Shuihui Garden, Rugao Dinghui Temple, Rugao Jindao Ecological Park, Huaxia Film Museum, Rugao Bonsai Art Expo Park, and Changjiang Medical Botanical Park.

In addition, Seyuan Garden, Junshan Mountain, Jianshan Mountain, Green Valley City, Jianghuai Culture Park, and Changjiang Medical Botanical Park will be open free to the public on the opening day of the 2021 China Nantong Jianghai International Culture and Tourism Festival.
