The Nantong Langshan Mountain resort is to launch a water tour in October in the Langshan Mountain scenic area – located in the Chongchuan district in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province – according to Cheng Bin, secretary of the resort's Party working committee during a livestreaming session on Aug 9.

As a public recreational facility, Langshan National Forest Park has moved to provide the best services for the public and enable people to access the pristine environment, Cheng added.

Taking advantage of its waterway that courses through six kilometers, the scenic area is establishing a new water tour, he said. The pleasure boats under design will accommodate up to 15 people at a time.

The tour route is set to be named Cihang Langshan, because the Guangjiao Temple on Langshan Mountain was called Cihang Temple during the Tang Dynasty (618-907).
