A vessel carrying 60,000 tons of liquefied natural gas, or LNG, from Egypt, berthed at the Guanghui Energy LNG terminal in the Lyusi Port Economic Development Zone, which is located in the county-level city of Qidong and administered by Nantong in East China's Jiangsu province, on March 9.

The terminal has received and unloaded 41 vessels carrying 2.48 million tons of LNG in total from such countries as the United States, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Russia, Qatar and Nigeria since January 2020. It has exported nearly 3.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas, providing abundant clean energy for East China's green development.
