A 4,000-tonnage raffinate splitter tower built by Qidong-based Watts Energy and Engineering and China Petroleum First Construction Co was delivered to South China's Guangdong province on March 7. The 117-meter-high column holds the record for being the largest pressure vessel in Asia.
