Nantong Haitong Urban Development Co Ltd under Nantong Coastal Development Group, together with Pingchao town government and Nantong Jianghai Capacitor Co Ltd, held a signing ceremony for the Jianghai Headquarter project in the administrative center of Tongzhou district, Nantong on March 1, to speed up the construction of the high-speed railway new town and promote the rapid agglomeration of modern service industry in the high-speed railway business bay.

The Jianghai Headquarter project – invested and constructed by Nantong Jianghai Capacitor Co Ltd – is to settle in the high-speed railway business bay around Nantong West Station. The project plans to invest 1.5 billion yuan ($231.9 million) in the construction of the Jianghai Headquarter – including a R&D center, an office building and other functional buildings – and establish state-level Jianghai Technology R&D center and Jianghai Headquarter Building Management Co Ltd. When completed, the Jianghai Headquarter will become a new landmark of Pingchao high-speed railway new town business bay, effectively enhancing the image of the high-speed railway new town and promoting the upgrade of Pingchao electronic component industry.

The relevant person in charge of the project in Nantong Haitong Urban Development Co Ltd said that the company will lead and coordinate relevant departments and construction units, take active actions to provide front-end services and clarity the schedule, roadmap and assignment, and try to solve the problems in the progress of the project. Through these measures, the company will create a good environment and provide favorable conditions for the project in an all-round way.
