Night market to open at Nantong Museum

The Nantong Haohe River Alliance of Museums headed by the Nantong Museum will hold a night market from Sept 12 to 13 in celebration of the 2020 China Nantong Jianghai International Tourism Festival, which will kick off on Sept 12.
Nearly 40 museums and creative cultural workshops will offer an array of activities to meet the diverse demands of consumers from 18:00 to 20:30 every evening.
In addition to exhibitions and sales of creative cultural products, there will also be cultural performances and activities involving sketching, pottery, street dancing, and musical instruments.
People can also enjoy an evening tour to the Nantong Museum, the China Abacus Museum, the Nantong Blue Calico Museum, the Nantong Kites Museum, the Nantong Central Art Gallery, Shen's Embroidery Museum, the Nantong Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine, or the Nantong Guanglangtang You Wuqu Art Museum.
In addition, a jade exhibition at the Nantong Museum will offer a 50-percent discount on ticket prices on the evenings of Sept 12 and 13, which will cost 10 yuan ($1.45) per person or 20 yuan for two parents with a child.
