Nantong Municipal Development and Reform Commission recently released the appraisal results for the city's service industry's 2020 innovation demonstration enterprises.

West Information Technology Co Ltd, based in Hai'an economic and technological development zone, was included on the list as the only Hai'an-based company.

The establishment of a service industry innovation demonstration enterprise is an important measure taken by Nantong to give full play to the leading role of innovation enterprises, accelerate the innovative development of the service industry and enhance the development level of service enterprises.

Established in 2018 and with registered capital of 50 million yuan ($7.3 million), West Information Technology has a wide range of businesses covering automotive technical testing, financial information technology, consulting and implementing of ERP/SAP and industry information solutions.

In 2019, the company was included in the provincial high-tech enterprise cultivation bank and the high-tech small and medium-sized enterprise bank.
