Wang Xiaobin, Party secretary of Qidong, led a delegation to Xixiang county, Shaanxi province for counterpart cooperation from June 23 to 24.

Wang Xiaobin and his delegation visited Xixiang E-commerce Industrial Park and Xixiang Guodong Industrial Park, a Jiangsu-Shaanxi collaboration in Xixiang county. Wang and his delegation attended a joint conference on poverty alleviation cooperation between Jiangsu and Shaanxi with officials from Xixiang county, signing an agreement to alleviate poverty through consumption and donating funds to help the poor.

At the conference, Wang pointed out that since the beginning of 2020, efforts have been made to improve resources and integrate finances and policy. He also stressed that 2020 will be a decisive time in the battle against poverty, thus collaboration between the two places should be strengthened.

Yan Xiaogang, Party secretary of Xixiang, responded that Jiangsu and Shaanxi should further leverage their respective advantages and expand cooperation.
