Over 1,000 kinds of blooming cactuses recently attracted big crowds to the sand plant pavilion at Nantong Zhou Ji Green Expo Garden, which is located in Tongzhou district, Nantong.

The sand plant pavilion, which covers more than 10,000 square meters, is one of China's largest greenhouses and is home to the most types of sand plants.

The American part of the pavilion is the most spectacular, mainly showcasing cactuses native to America. A variety of green cactuses and gray-red volcanic matrixes form a contrast with each other.

The green expo garden has introduced over 500,000 cactuses in total from around the world. Some of them even bloom at night.
