What daily supplies should be prepared during home quarantine?
Surgical masks, thermometers, antiseptic paper tissues, disposable gloves, trash bins with lids, disinfectants such as 84 Disinfectant and other household necessities should be prepared. Any important medications should be in ample supply as well.
How should hand hygiene be maintained?
Clean and disinfect your hands if you have any direct contact with individuals suspected of infection, after visiting the rooms of individuals suspected of infection, before and after cooking and eating, after using the bathroom, or whenever your hands are visibly dirty.
If your hands are visibly clean, use quick-drying hand sanitizer. If your hands are visibly soiled, wash them with anti-bacterial soap and running water. (Please note that when using alcohol-based disinfectant, it is important to keep away from fire.) After washing your hands, use a disposable paper towel to dry your hands.
How to stay clean and disinfected?
Chlorine-based disinfectants or peracetic acid are recommended for regularly cleaning and disinfecting the floor and furniture of your home. Clean and disinfect the bathroom and the surface of the toilet at least once a day. Wash clothing, bed sheets, and bath towels used by individuals suspected of infection with water at a temperature of 60-90℃ and dry them completely. Before cleaning, do not shake dirty laundry and avoid exposing your skin and clothes to the laundry. Wear disposable gloves before cleaning and touching objects contaminated with bodily secretions. Clean and disinfect hands before wearing and after removing the gloves.
How to cooperate with community management?
It is important to obey community management. Going out is forbidden during the quarantine period. Monitor your temperature and symptoms every morning and evening, and report to community staff in a timely manner.
When should you inform the community and call 120 to be taken to hospital?
(1) Dyspnea (including increased chest stress, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath).
(2) Consciousness problems (including drowsiness, talking nonsense, incapable of telling day and night, etc.).
(3) Diarrhea.
(4) Fever higher than 39℃.
(5) Other family members show symptoms of COVID-19.
