Construction begins on cultural center in Haimen
A groundbreaking ceremony for a new cultural center is held in Haimen, Nantong, East China’s Jiangsu province, on Aug 8. The cultural center, covering an area of 6.93 hectares, will be located on the south side of Jianghai Museum and will include a new library and a theater.
