In a bid to promote the green development of its local economy, Hai'an's government is actively accelerating the structural adjustment of its energy sector, according to local officials. In so doing, it is cultivating its new energy industry and developing high-tech, high-performance, environmentally friendly and sustainable solar photovoltaic projects.
