A group of 320 migrant workers from Lueyang county in Shaanxi province attended pre-job training sessions at enterprises in Hai'an, Nantong, a city in East China's Jiangsu province, on Feb 24.

The migrant workers are crucial for Shaanxi's economy, with their remittances helping the province raise living standards and fight poverty. Jiangsu also benefits, with companies in Hai’an able to fill staff vacancies.
