The per capita disposable income of urban residents in Nantong’s Tongzhou district reached 48,138 yuan ($7,125), up 8.5 percent year on year, according to government statistics.

The employment situation remained mainly stable for Tongzhou residents in 2018. Various policies have achieved results in increasing peoples’ income.

The per capita wage income of Tongzhou residents reached 28,732 yuan, up 8.4 percent year on year.

Meanwhile, the net per capita property income was 3,704 yuan, growing 12.5 percent.
