The Third Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition of Tongzhou district was held in the Jianghai Intelligent Integration Park, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province on Nov 30.

The competition was jointly hosted by the Party committee, the people's government of Tongzhou district and the management committee of Nantong Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, aiming to integrate the elements of innovation and entrepreneurship, build a service platform, and support and promote the innovative development of technology-based micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. 

A large number of young, high-level and high-quality teams and enterprises settled in Tongzhou district following their experiences during the competition.

This year's competition, with the new generation of the information technology industry as its industrial direction, attracted over 50 groups and enterprises. Finallt 12 stood out and reached the final.

According to the organizers, if the prize-winners choose to settle in the hi-tech industrial development zone, they will be able to benefit from preferential policies, such as three years of free rent, and will be recommended to investment funds and venture capital institutions for financial support.
