At the same time, the Nantong science popularization base was unveiled in flower town. The municipal association of science and technology donated books to 15 towns and streets, and sang the praises of some advanced groups.

The week held 95 activities including a science and technology innovation achievements tour exhibition and a food safety popularization lecture. Nantong also arranged for 45 science popularization bases, research institutions and universities to open for public science education.
