NETDA hosts innovation exchange, talent project showcase

On Nov 25, the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) held an innovation exchange and talent project roadshow to promote collaboration between talent and industry development.

The event emphasized the importance of integrating talent and industrial chains to drive transformative growth. It aimed to attract and nurture top domestic and international scientific leaders and innovation teams through joint efforts in talent cultivation and recruitment.

A signing ceremony was held for the Marine Equipment and High-Tech Shipbuilding Industry Cluster Innovation Development Community, with participants including the Advanced Ocean Institute of Southeast University and representatives from Wison Group, a clean energy technology company. This initiative strengthens collaboration between regions and focuses on advancing the marine and shipbuilding sectors toward high-end, green, and smart development. By deepening partnerships between government, industry, academia, and research institutions, the effort seeks to optimize the industrial ecosystem and build innovative capacity.

The event also featured the presentation of appointment certificates to professional industry chain advisors, keynote talks by industry leaders, and a talent project roadshow to showcase cutting-edge initiatives.
