Pharma group in NETDA scoops up Nantong quality award

The municipal government of Nantong – the prefecture-level city located in East China's Jiangsu province – on March 25 announced the list of winners in the 2020 Nantong Mayor Quality Awards, with only four enterprises from the metropolis taking home prizes.

Shanghai Pharma Sino Bio (Jiangsu) Pharmaceutical Co Ltd from the Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area or NETDA is one of them, according to the local media.

Shanghai Pharma Sino Bio (Jiangsu) Pharmaceutical is a high-tech company specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of anesthetic muscle relaxants and cardiovascular drugs.

It has obtained two new drug certificates and five invention patents. In addition, it has led the way in the formulation of seven national standards and more than 300 product standards, as well as in the improvement of its quality products and brands – making it an important support for the innovation and development of other enterprises.

To date, NETDA resident companies have won five AAA-level provincial quality credits, eight AA-level credits, one Provincial Governor Quality Award and three Nantong Mayor Quality Awards, ranking it top in Nantong city.
