Construction is speeding up on the third-phase project of Shenlan Youjia Smart Park, located in Chahe town, Rudong, Nantong, Jiangsu province. The park is set to become an important platform for Chahe town in its efforts to carry out industrial transfer projects and upgrade manufacturing.

After completion, the park is expected to generate 1.5 to 2 billion yuan ($216.15 to 288.2 million) in sales every year.

The first phase of the project was put into use in June 2024, with 16 companies setting up operations, while the second-phase project was delivered in June 2025, with 11 companies currently operating. The third-phase project is expected to be completed by June this year.

Among the companies operating in the park, high-tech enterprises make up the bulk, covering cutting-edge fields such as mold development and mechanical equipment.

The park has established a professional investment promotion team to attract high-quality companies in southern Jiangsu. It has also provided personalized solutions such as customized factory buildings, tax incentives, and equipment subsidies to cater to the needs of companies.
