Construction is in full swing at the Sigo Microelectronics Materials project in the Qidong Life and Health Industrial Park, with all civil works expected to be completed by February 2026. From early-stage approvals to site support, the park's dedicated service team has consistently provided precise, efficient assistance, creating a business-friendly environment that companies can truly experience.
With a total investment of 100 million yuan ($14.36 million), the project is expected to generate 324 million yuan in annual taxable sales.
Confidence in the park is further demonstrated by an environmental technology company specializing in precious metal recycling, which has completed registration of a new subsidiary in the park and is expected to sign its project agreement in the first quarter.
Since the start of the year, the park has focused on its leading industries, carrying out targeted, high-level outreach to attract high-tech projects with strong supply-chain impact.
For key projects, the park has shifted from passive approval to early-stage support, coordinating planning, site selection and procedures in advance to significantly cut time and institutional costs for enterprises.
Talent development is another important focus. Supported by tailored guidance, a new materials company in the park recently formed a PhD-led R&D team and is preparing for a talent program review that could secure 3 to 10 million yuan in funding.
Since early this year, the park's talent service team has worked closely with companies to map needs, support applications, attract high-level talent from Shanghai, Suzhou and other Yangtze River Delta hubs, and accelerate the development of talent housing and supporting facilities, creating an ideal environment for innovation and growth.
