The 76 key commercial and trade enterprises in Nantong, Jiangsu province, reported a total sales revenue of approximately 2.82 billion yuan ($392 million) during the three-day Dragon Boat Festival holiday, or Duanwu Festival holiday, which ended on June 2.

A highlight of this holiday was the fourth Nantong Beer Carnival, an event that featured an array of offerings, including beer, music, cultural and creative products, gourmet food, and various performances and competitions, all of which emphasized the city's unique charm and cultural allure.

Throughout the holiday period, major commercial districts continued their promotional efforts, implementing trade-in programs to boost consumer spending.
