Hanvo Safety in Rudong county, Nantong, Jiangsu province has established itself as a top company in China's safety equipment industry, with a fully integrated production chain that spans from new material development to the application of these materials in manufacturing.

The company produces 200 million pairs of protective gloves annually, serving customers in over 60 countries and regions worldwide.

Starting as a small yarn glove factory, Hanvo Safety has transformed over the past 20 years into a publicly listed company. This growth has been driven by a continuous focus on smart manufacturing and perfecting its industrial chain.

In 2020, the company's subsidiary, Hanvo New Material, launched operations with advanced digital management systems. These systems have enabled full automation and high-level intelligence across production, including smart warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and quality inspection. Hanvo New Material's ultra-high molecular polyethylene fibers and advanced yarn covering technology combine comfort and cut resistance perfectly in gloves.

In 2022, Hanvo Safety established its own industrial technology research institute, forging deep collaborations with top universities such as Donghua University, Jiangnan University, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The institute currently boasts over 230 researchers.

Last month, Hanvo Safety, in collaboration with Beijing University of Chemical Technology, South China University of Technology, and the team of Zhang Liqun, an academician, began constructing a biodegradable bio-based polyester rubber project in the Yangkou Port Economic Development Zone. This project is expected to lead the global industrialization of these materials in the safety, tire, and footwear industries.
