Intl symposium on energy conversion held in Nantong

The Nantong Institute of Technology (NTIT) in Jiangsu province hosted the 10th International Workshop on Energy Conversion from March 15 to 18.

The event was attended by 11 foreign experts from universities and enterprises in Japan, Turkiye, and Thailand, as well as 24 Chinese experts from various universities and institutes.

After engaging in discussions and sharing opinions on the topic, participating experts and entrepreneurs visited local companies and Rugao, a county-level city administered by Nantong, to explore potential avenues for cooperation.

The event was jointly organized by NTIT, the Energy Conversion Research Center at Doshisha University, Nantong Science and Technology Association, and the Nantong Chongchuan District Science and Technology Association.

As an application-oriented undergraduate university, the Nantong Institute of Technology has been dedicated to fostering high-quality applied talent adapted to the demands required by new quality productive forces.

The institute has in recent years actively expanded its international exchanges by hosting international seminars, sending teachers and students to seek further study overseas, and cooperating with foreign counterparts in cultivating talent.
