Since the beginning of the first quarter, Tongzhou district in Nantong, Jiangsu province has hosted a total of 32 online and in-person job fairs.

These job fairs have attracted 346 companies, which have offered a total of 1,470 jobs, while needed employees for these positions reached 17,199.

On March 1, the Tongzhou district human resources bureau and the women's federation jointly organized a special job fair for women, during which 46 local companies offered 1,512 jobs in fields such as finance, administration, quality inspection, packaging, and domestic services.

What sets this job fair apart is the introduction of new employment models by several companies, aimed at easing the conflict between work and family responsibilities for mothers. These models offer flexible working hours and compensation systems, ensuring the employment rights of specific groups of women and supporting female employment. Nearly 500 job seekers attended the event.

In addition to job fairs for local residents, Tongzhou has also organized recruitment events in other provinces such as Yunnan, Guizhou, and Shaanxi, attracting nearly 6,000 inquiries and over 600 preliminary job offers from interested candidates.
