Enterprises in Tongzhou district, Nantong, Jiangsu province, are intensifying production efforts.

At Jiangsu Lansiu Household Textile Co Ltd in Chuanjiang town, all automated hanging production lines are running at full capacity.

A modern and large-scale textile company integrating production, product research and development, design, marketing, and services, the company has invested 16 million yuan ($2.22 million) over the past two years to import the fully automated hanging production lines for sets from abroad.

"After achieving full digitization of the process, production efficiency has increased by over 30 percent," said Yu Jianhui, the chairman of the company. According to Yu, the company's orders for the first four months of this year are already saturated. Foreign trade orders are expected to reach $4 to $5 million in the first quarter, and output value is set to reach 70 to 80 million yuan.

In addition, construction has resumed at the construction site of Jiangsu Liansheng's 12 gigawatt Heterojunction Cell project. The project was funded by Leascend Technology Co Ltd, a national-level high-tech enterprise, with a total investment of 7 billion yuan.

"The first-phase project is expected to complete the topping-out of the main factory building on April 27 this year, and the first production line equipment will move in on July 10," said Jiang Wanchang, the executive deputy general manager of Liansheng Technology.
