The Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area in Jiangsu province was recently recognized by provincial authorities for its scientific innovation efforts.

The Tianshi Science Innovation Industrial Park in NETDA made the list of provincial-level tech enterprise incubators, while the development area itself was additionally selected as a provincial overseas talent offshore innovation and entrepreneur base.

Tianshi industrial park serves as a gathering place for high-profile talent in NETDA to innovate and start businesses. As a place where talent, resources for innovation, and capital all converge, the park has proven itself as an ideal platform for success. Since 2023, Tianshi industrial park has incubated 27 projects and five high-tech enterprises.

The innovation and entrepreneur base situated within NETDA also aims to attract high-level overseas researchers and promote efforts to bring research achievements to market.

In recent years, NETDA has highlighted the construction of innovation platforms, strengthened existing platforms including Nantong Research Institute for Advanced Communication Technologies and the Material Engineering Technology Research Institute of Nanjing University in Nantong, and accelerated the construction of the future industry park.

Moving forward, the development area is committed to further enhancing overseas scientific exchanges and foster cooperation. NETDA will continue to bring in innovation resources from home and abroad to boost the high-quality development of local society and economy.
