2 Qidong-made vessels among China's top 10 innovative products in shipbuilding industry
Two Qidong-made vessels, N999 Tortue FPSO and N966, were included on the 2022 list of China's top 10 innovative products in the shipbuilding industry released by the China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry on Jan 14.

The N999 Tortue is the world's largest natural gas floating production storage and offloading vessel.
It is 270 meters long, 54 meters wide and 31.5 meters deep. It is the size of two football fields and the height of a 10-story building. It has a maximum displacement of about 320,000 metric tons and a storage capacity of at least 1.44 million barrels of oil.
The vessel's living area is about 22 meters long, 41 meters wide and 32 meters high and can accommodate 140 people.
It has a gas processing capacity of 500 million standard cubic feet per day at full capacity.

N966, the world's first fourth-generation jack-up wind power installation vessel, built for Belgium, boasts the largest lifting capacity of any vessel in the world.
With a length of 181 meters, a width of 60 meters, depth of 14.6 meters, and height of 131.94 meters, the vessel can lift up to 3,200 tons, has a maximum lifting height of 325 meters, and can operate up to 80 meters underwater.
The ship will head to Dubai for the installation of fan components and fixed equipment before heading to the UK North Sea to serve Dogger Bank Wind Farm, the world's largest offshore wind farm under construction.
