The subway line operates from 6 am to 10 pm and passengers can take the subway using the Nantong Subway mobile application, Nantong transportation card, or ticket.

Along the subway line are 10 nursing rooms equipped with complete facilities, and all stations come with semi-automated external defibrillators, first-aid cases, and boxes filled with articles such as a sewing kit, presbyopic glasses, and mobile phone charging lines.

During the two-day trial operation, more than 250,000 local residents took the subway.
