First '15-minute service circle' helps residents with healthcare insurance matters
The first "15 minute service circle" for healthcare insurance in Chongchuan district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, was put into operation on Oct 30, local media reported.
The service station located in Yongxing sub-district covers an area of 170 square meters and is manned by six staff who provide services to nearly 80,000 residents in the sub-district.
The establishment of the "15-minute service circle" aims to provide convenience to residents in terms of dealing with the healthcare insurance issues.
"Before the service station, we could only handle related business in the service center, which is far away from us. Now, the service station is close by," a resident living in the sub-district said.
Since 2021, Nantong has advanced the construction of the '15 minutes service circle' for healthcare insurance.
To date, the site selection of service stations that will be located in 16 sub-districts in Chongchuan has been completed. Among them, nine sub-districts have completed the decoration of the service stations in their areas.
The "15-minute service circle" for healthcare insurance is expected to cover all sub-districts by the end of this year.
