Chongchuan district in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, has recently established mentor studios to increase innovation among young talent, local media reported.

Tutors at the studios are high-profile talent working at leading enterprises in the zone's emerging industries.

The establishment of such studios will help create a business-friendly environment in the district and provide young entrepreneurial talent in Chongchuan with abundant industrial resources.

The district is currently home to four studios in the fields of integrated circuits, ship and marine engineering, healthcare, and automotive electronics.

To date, four studios have attracted more than 200 young talents.
