Tibetan students experience Dragon Boat Festival customs
On June 3, an event was organized at the Nantong Tibetan National Middle School in Chongchuan district, Nantong's main metropolitan region in East China's Jiangsu province.
The event taught dozens of Tibetan students in junior and senior high schools about the Dragon Boat Festival's folk customs.
To help students cope with homesickness during the holiday, the Chongchuan district civilization office and the Qinzao sub-district Party working committee organized folk experts and doctors to provide them with access to traditional Chinese culture through exhibitions, lectures, and on-site functions.

"It's the first time I've ever gone to a Dragon Boat Festival activity," a student said. "I believe that this experience will benefit my life and studies in the future."
Doctors from a local traditional Chinese medical clinic brought a lot of traditional Chinese medicine for display and popularization, which attracted lots of students.
