The Lyusi port area is regarded as a key part of the Tongzhou Bay demonstration area which is positioned to have a pivotal role in the Yangtze River Economic Belt development strategy – being one of the core units of the Yangtze River Delta port group, as well as a container hub located at the north wing of the Shanghai international shipping center.
