The knitted hats wore by Norwegian and Finnish athletes during the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games were made by Nantong Ruixing Hat Industry Co Ltd in Rugao, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province.

The knitted hats offered to the athletes fit the head better and use thinner and denser thread to improve heat preservation, said Wang Pengfei, chairman of Ruixing Hat Industry.

The knitted hats provided to Norwegian athletes are embroidered with elaborate Norwegian flags on the brim.
