Nantong, New Zealand schools forge friendly relations

The Hai'an Experimental Primary School in Hai'an, a city administered by Nantong in East China's Jiangsu province, became a sister school of Auckland-based N Cubes Education Ltd, according to an online signing ceremony held on Feb 15.
N Cubes Education Ltd has garnered a solid reputation among global Chinese language schools and their classes are taught by trained and experienced teachers in small groups.
The education company is an overseas Chinese teaching practice base certified by the International Education Center of Beijing Language and Culture University and 100 percent of its students have passed the Chinese Proficiency Test.
Hai'an Experimental Primary School has a history of more than 100 years and its predecessor is the Fengshan Academy where Hu Anding (993-1059), a thinker and educator, gave lectures.
The Hai'an school boasts advanced teaching facilities, educational ideas, and quality education.

In addition, an online training session for Chinese language teachers and students in New Zealand opened the same day.
Yu Liqun, education consul at the Chinese Consulate General in Auckland, expressed hope that based on the training session, more ways of expanding Chinese teaching will be explored and further cooperation between China and New Zealand will be achieved.
Currently, there are more than 20,000 Chinese language schools around the world employing over 200,000 Chinese language teachers and enrolling more than 1 million students.
