The employment and human resources sector that operates in the Tongzhou district of Nantong city – located in East China's Jiangsu province – fully leveraged its facilities and hosted many successful recruitment activities in 2021.

In September last year, players in the sector took the initiative to launch a special campaign to serve companies located in Tongzhou. Three on-site job fairs and 11 online ones were held, effectively helping firms solve manpower and HR problems and difficulties in the process of their development and these events made big contributions to the district's high-quality development.

As of Jan 8, 2022, some 1,117 businesses and 3,136 individuals had registered on the website of Tongzhou human resources department. A total of 93 job fairs were held, including 11 on-site ones and 82 online ones, attracting the participation of 1,273 companies and providing services for 1,240 individual job seekers.
