A second list of information consumption experience centers in East China's Jiangsu province was recently released, with an exhibition hall in the Nantong Vehicle To Everything Innovation Center making the cut.

Opened on March 31, 2020, the center is located in the Chongchuan district of Nantong city in Jiangsu province. Advanced technologies and products in the fields of intelligent driving, 5G applications, the internet of vehicles, among others, are displayed there.

Visitors can experience interactive remote driving at the exhibition hall. Sitting in the equipment, a person can in real time experience operating a driverless car on the internet-powered road in the park where the center is located.

There is a 1.2-kilometer internet-powered road in the park. Smart technologies are applied along the thoroughfare, to remind drivers of speed limits, road construction work and to avoid running a light – help them have a safer and better driving experience.

"Many foreign merchants, government departments and students have come to experience it," said a manager at the center.
