Set up in 2012, the plantation is located in Qinglongqiao community, which is administered by the Chongchuan Economic Development Zone. The zone is in the Chongchuan district of Nantong city, in East China's Jiangsu province and it provides employment for local people with disabilities who are able to work and want to be more prosperous.
